“I Know” is the 8th track on American Gangster, Jay Z’s tenth album. The track is inspired by the storyline of the American Gangster film. The film followed Frank Lucas, a well-known Harlem heroin dealer. In “I Know”, Jay-Z becomes heroin as he talks to the addict who’s trying to get rid of him. The video features Zoe Kravitz as she feels different types of highs from different POVs.
